Manufacture of concrete pipes with a maximum internal diameter of 300 cm and concrete frames up to 6.00×3.00 m maximum internal measurements.
Lengths 2.50 m or less.

Electro-Hydraulic semi-automatic machine especially designed for large size reinforced/non reinforced pipes, square/rectangular box culverts and other special pieces, using vibro-compression.

The highest quality product, it’s smooth finish and constant wall thickness are guaranteed by the combination of the following factors:

One central high power vibrator with adjustable frequency and centrifugal force
Uniform concrete feeding
Use of a pressing nozzle or formers for a better profiling of the tube and concrete frame
Pipe transfer to the curing area using an overhead crane to carry the outer mould.
