KMV Manual Series Specifications

All KMV Series machines present a new philosophy in concrete products manufacture. The turning/laying system offers numerous advantages such as production speed and versatility/number of pieces in each production cycle.

The manufacturing process is quite simple. Pour concrete onto the moulds standing on top of the tilting table, then vibrate and compact to shape. After that, the table rises, turns and descends for the mould releasing process. This production cycle is manual, with only one non-specialized operator required.

Production cycle, as previously mentioned, is really short and different size/shape products may be manufactured at the same time, allowing high output. KMV Series machines are able to move back and forth, for continuous production in or outdoors.

Every KMV Series machine can be designed and built according to customer’s specification request.
